Terms of Use

A family is created by an admin, who can invite members via a join code or QR code. The admin is responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter for family members and for managing who has access to the family's join code.

Home Huddle offers a free plan and an optional Premium subscription (Monthly, 3-Month, or Yearly) that unlocks unlimited challenges and tasks, plus reward redemption via QR code. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Apple ID subscription settings. Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You agree not to use Home Huddle to:

• Impersonate another person or family member without consent.
• Upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to access another family's data without a valid join code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure.

You retain ownership of the task, challenge, goal, and reward content you create in your family. You're responsible for that content and for making sure it's appropriate for everyone in your family who can see it.

Home Huddle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Home Huddle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
